Dale Stickney Construction, Inc. (DSCI) is a full service general contracting and engineering (A & B license) company with the resources and management expertise to provide a wide spectrum of construction services. The full compliment of design and construction services performed in-house combined with our $25 million bonding capacity creates a strong competitive advantage when bidding on large and medium sized public works and private construction projects.
In addition to the substantial, multi-disciplinary experience of its ownership and management team, DSCI differentiates itself from the competition by providing direct construction services for all but the most specialized of trades. Additionally, DSCI owns and operates a larger fleet of construction equipment than is common in the construction industry, which enables the company to cost-effectively compete for local and regional jobs of various types and sizes and quickly mobilize for timely job commencement and completion.
DSCI utilizes state-of-the-art equipment and management resources. Our company has a fully integrated bidding, job-costing, contract and change order administration and financial management system, using industry recognized computer software. We recognize that in order to be both price competitive and profitable we must be efficient and thorough in our project management efforts.
DSCI takes pride in the management team that we have assembled to provide quality general engineering and construction services. This includes a construction division management team with over 75 years of combined public and private estimating and construction experience in Northern California. It also includes in-house legal counsel and CPA services, and a professional administrative services department.
DSCI is a California S-Corporation. This structure enables DSCI to operate with the flexibility of a general partnership while maintaining a shareholder structure that enables long-term company ownership planning.
